Please help me urgently! Broadcom 802.11b / g WLAN?
Hello I have a Compaq laptop with 615 Broadcom 802.11b / g WLAN. when I connect my network with only the cable from the router is working without much problem, but as Soos as I connect to the network using wireless technology that connects but with limited connectivity when using the diagnostic and repair tool just says "" There may be a problem with your Domain Name Server (DNS). Windows could not find the known host "www.microsoft.com" using DNS. My server being down. I also had a friend with the laptop almost the same as mine for trying to connect and also worked only for one hour. Please could someone help me I formatted my PC twice, but even that made the difference. I'm using Vista Home Basic I tried the IP address what did not work
You can configure the IP address manually: right-click the network place> Properties right click on LAN> Properties Double click click Internet Protocol on using the following IP address, type these values: 192.168.1.9 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1
